These terms govern your subscription and use of the OilRoute energy intelligence platform at oilroute.app. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
Subscription
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on the plan selected. Pricing is shown on the Subscribe page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Data licence and acceptable use
OilRoute grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access intelligence and data for internal business use. Bulk redistribution, scraping, training of competing AI models on our outputs, or reselling the data is prohibited.
Disclaimer
OilRoute aggregates third-party data and produces forecasts and analytics. Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. Predictions are probabilistic and must not be treated as investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OilRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the platform.
