2. Subscription Terms
Access to oilroute.app requires an active subscription at €499 per month (EUR), billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
3. Acceptable Use
oilroute.app is licensed for enterprise intelligence use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share intelligence reports, AI-generated analyses, or any proprietary data obtained through the platform without written permission.
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. oilroute.app makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Users should verify all critical decisions independently with qualified professionals.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, code, AI models, and AI-generated outputs are the intellectual property of oilroute.app. Users retain ownership of their input data (supply chain configurations, profile data).
6. Limitation of Liability
oilroute.app shall not be liable for any business decisions made based on intelligence reports or analyses provided by the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
