3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure in the EU region. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor.
4. Third-Party Services
oilroute.app integrates with the following third-party services: cloud database infrastructure for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, and Perplexity API for AI-powered intelligence generation.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days following cancellation. After this period, all personal data and generated reports are permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from the Settings page or request deletion by contacting contact@oilroute.app.
7. Cookies
oilroute.app uses session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
