Data we collect

• Account information: email address, name, company, role, sector and regions of interest provided during signup or onboarding.
• Subscription and billing data processed via Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Usage data: pages viewed, alerts configured, scenarios saved and PDF reports generated, used to improve the product.
• Cookies for authentication, preferences and analytics.

How we use data

• To provide and personalise the intelligence feed, predictions and alerts.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, password reset) and the daily intelligence brief if subscribed.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Storage and security

Data is stored on EU-region cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your account data. Contact hello@oilroute.app.
